Inspired by folk, rock, and blues, Disappearing Sister Ruth shares songs from the heart along with a few classic covers. Her soulful strumming and warm vocals move us into a place of peace and playfulness.
Jonathan Stephen Simons is a self-taught singer, songwriter, and producer from the Deep South with a gentle sound and evocative folk storytelling lyricism.
He will be accompanied by his bandmates Stivovo Wabantwana and Ray Adam Morgan for a performance that is sure to be emotionally gripping in their self-described style of “Heart Music”.
