Paper + Roses introduces a new dynamic creative team including Bianca Rasmussen (The Kreative Foundation), Nkosinathi Mazwai (The Addams Family Musical), Liné Jordaan (LAMTA Academy), as well as Outlore OG’s Kimberley Buckle and Liam Tamejen Gillespie (The Cardinal).
A New Original Jukebox Musical
Written by Kimberley Buckle, Paper + Roses is a gritty, dystopian reimagining of the classic tale Beauty & The Beast, set to a soundtrack of iconic 90s hits. Running until 31 January 2026, this production invites audiences into a world where rebellion stirs beneath the surface and every choice has consequences. Its immersive nature pulls the audience directly into the action, transforming them from spectators into active participants in the narrative. The impressive cast includes Saskia Bormans, Thulani Nzonzo, Azande Dube, Rendani Mufamadi, Claudia House, Kate Wallace, Lee Miller, Jayden Ockhuis, Lathi Mgwebi, and Tara Singh.
