Formed in 2019 in Athens Greece Youth Valley blends Post-Punk with dreamy pop backdropped by a wall of shoegaze and reverb soaked guitars that clash beautifully with to create a nostalgic bittersweet atmosphere. Their latest single sticks to their roots whilst still feeling experimental in tone.

Midwest emo esque riffs dance upon the quick footed drums as they grow evermore into a familiar distorted soundscape alongside the blissful grunge vocals creating a large part of the atmosphere. This track flowed through my brain like exposed wires against a setting sun. I found myself lost in the sea of sounds that comprise “Cerberus” drifting away never to return.
