With a mysterious persona, and rocking flair for Indie-Pop Alternative melodies, comes the captivating Marino! Cultivating a huge fanbase on both Youtube and Instagram, Marino has unfurled a whirlwind of catchy lyrics and superb, electrifying notes.

‘Rip Out Your Eyes’, is a song of his that I’ve really been enjoying. The spunky track starts right off the bat with crisp vocals that are supported by melodious guitar strums. At around 00:17 seconds the tap of drum sticks against each other catches your attention, and throws you into the mix of things as the bass follows.

8-bit-esque synths weave through the instrumental, adding a very unique touch to the song. The musical break at almost 1 minute in proves to be a funky listen, honing in on that buzzing sample that compliments the bass fantastically. This segment was definitely my favourite area of this track, as I just lost myself to the noise and found that I couldn’t stop vibing to it. Overall, the production and the mixing on ‘Rip Out Your Eyes’, is both clear and groovy – I highly recommend adding Marino’s music to your playlists and giving it a jam.
