Sonic Odyssey – March

Sonic Odyssey offers up its totems from ‘The Flat’ at Ganesh, Cape Town’s favourite listening room, on the 3rd of March, they welcome everyone into the space as they speak about genre as practice and the musical disciplines that inform some of the most incredible works we have yet to discover and listen.

In the first edition of Sonic Odyssey, we focus on genres through active listening & witnessing sonic innovation that spread through the origins of their black pioneers and on the rich history they share across different mirages of sound & the contexts in which we understand the music, how we create and produce it and the deeper message behind what they share.
